The Center for Environment and Development in Africa (CEDA-Liberia) is a Certified Environmental Firm within the Republic of Liberia. It was established in 2008 by the late retired, Professor Samuel W.D. Wesley, Sr.
Since its establishment, CEDA-Liberia has been in good standing with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Liberia. Our firm has been involved in several Environmental Consultancy projects for the last seventeen (17) years, including work funded by the World Bank, African Development Bank (AfDB), and European Investment Bank.
Our firm has also prepared Social Safeguards reports for agencies of the Government of Liberia such as the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC), Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation, and National Bureau of Concessions (NBC).
Our firm has been awarded several Certificates/Licenses to operate in Liberia based on EPA environmental firm standards under the Environmental Protection & Management Laws (EPML).
